The Admission form is liable to be rejected due to of the following reasons, if:
- The qualifying examination is not recognized by the recognized board.
- If original certificate of qualifying examination is not supplied to the school on demand.
- The form is incomplete or the required documents are not attached or photograph not affixed. No column should be left blank. If any column is not applicable write ’N.A.’ (Not Applicable).
- The admission form is not signed by the candidate, or his/her father/guardian.
- Names of paper/correct options are not filled up in the admission form.
