- The School opens for admission in the first week of April every year, though registration for admission starts in the months of February. Prospectus & Registration forms are available at the School counter on payment of Rs. 100/- only.
- Children of age above 3-5 years are admitted to the Nursery Class(L.K.G.) To this effect birth certificate issued by the Municipal Committee in original is to be submitted.
- Registration does not mean guarantee of admission. Admission is granted only after admission test & a personal interview with the child.
- If a child is found fit for admission, the school makes a provisional offer of admission which should be accepted within two days.
- The parent/guardian must deposit the admission form with required fee and previous school leaving certificate and certificate regarding date of birth at the time of admission of the child. Admission is confirmed only after fulfilling all the above conditions.
- If a parent/guardian decides not to send his child to the school after the fees has been deposited, the above mentioned amount will not be refunded no readmission is accorded in any case.
- Number of students in a section of a class will normally be according to C.B.S.E. Management committee is empowered to relax this limit in very rare and special circumstances.
- A student appearing for X class Board Exams from this school will be granted provisional admission to class-XI in April beginning & his/her subject stream will be decided as per merit list to be drawn on the basis of the performance in the house tests/exams throughout the year including pre-board Examination. Their registration will begin in the last week of March. The admission will be finalized only if one passes in all the subjects in the Board Examination.
- In case of availability of seats, provisional admission of Class-XI for outsiders will be made purely on the merit basis in the Written Admission Test to be conducted by the school. Let it be clear, this will be mere provisional admission which will be confirmed only after the declaration of the Board Examination result, passing in all the subjects.
- Registration in the regard will begin as per notification of the date by the School authorities, in the last week of March. The admission can also be refused on unsatisfactory report of child as reflected by the certificate of School-Based Evaluation/School Leaving Certificate issued by the previous school.
- New academic session for Class-XI will start in the first week of April.
- Fee once paid cannot be refunded in any circumstance.
